MODERN WORKPLACE

By bringing together all your company's communication tools (emails, video conferencing, corporate social media, planning), your document management (work information, electronic documents, collaborative workspaces) and your business applications in an environment that is constantly evolving—putting it at the forefront of any security and regulatory changes—the Digital Workplace offers a whole new employee experience and promotes collective intelligence.

Aerow has been a Microsoft partner since 2008 and has Gold and Silver expertise in a number of fields. Still very active in SharePoint and in delivering agile projects using Lean Startup and Scrum methodologies, Aerow now also helps companies with their skills development in Teams and Power Platform, as well as their security and compliance.

The challenge:

We helped a world-leading beauty company with a project to modernize their digital workplace and work together in a more collaborative way. The objective was to migrate SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online and implement Microsoft Teams, an essential collaboration tool.

The AEROW +:

  • Analysis of existing sites and identification of the business data to be migrated

  • Recommendations for new ways of organizing space and governing information

  • Change management through training sessions to promote the adoption of the collaborative platform by users and IT teams

  • Creation and coordination of a "user group" for collaboration tools

  • Preparation of user guides and training materials

  • Setup of networks to communicate changes and developments

  • Our added value lies in our expertise with Microsoft tools, our knowledge of information governance and our consultants' commitment.

The result :

  • Over 2,000 sites migrated for more than 3,000 users

  • A new, less expensive Digital Workplace

  • A better employee experience

  • Data protection is guaranteed
