It's the leading annual event for bringing together everyone in the SAP ecosystem and a chance to meet all the major players.
This convention is an opportunity to affirm USF's influence and the value it brings to the users of all SAP solutions from a legal, strategic, functional and operational standpoint.

When is the convention taking place?
The 2021 USF Convention will be held on 6 and 7 October at the Grand Palais de Lille
- Wednesday 6 October, 8 am to 5 pm: Exhibition, conference, user feedback workshops and USF reception!
- Thursday 7 October, 8 am to 5 pm: Exhibition, SAP roadmap, conferences and user feedback workshops.
What is the theme of the 2021 event?
The theme of the 2021 event will be "Is the hybridization of IS an inevitable trend?"
There'll be a number of topics to reflect upon, including:
- The coexistence of connected solutions in the cloud and on-premise
- The hybridation of information systems to escape from "100% cloud" strategies
- The hybridation of work: in-person and working from home
- The hybridation of consumption patterns.
